# 幫助小手冊 - 溫度日記

喧囂的時代裡，我們從最單純的日記服務出發，打造一個溫馨寧靜的線上抒寫空間。在這裡，人們得以卸下疲憊、吐露不勇敢，再次遇見那真摯的自己。

安全及私密，是溫度日記最特別之處。我們採用銀行等級加密連線，而在這裡每個人都有自己獨立的小本子（預設皆不公開），所以不用擔心被看到，可以安心寫日記、說心事。

如想與人分享，亦可保有私密、以一對一的方式，與閨密、男友或站上認識的筆友交換日記。

我們一直深信「科技服務能成為別人生命中的需要，並體現人文的關懷」，期待以暖心的方式，陪伴你，記錄好心情與壞心情，收藏每個可貴、不再來的感受與時光。
